ONTD Original: Favorite Scenes from Holiday Movies
I'm back, back, back again! While we were deciding the The Best Holiday Movie, a lot of people talked about some of their favorite scenes and I got inspired to make a post! Check out some of my favorite scenes/monologues from holiday movies and feel free to add your own in the comments.
Last Holiday - Table for One
Georgia Byrd (Queen Latifah) has been told that she has weeks left to live after a CAT scan reveals tumors in her brain. Determined to live the rest of her life to the fullest, she travels to the Grandhotel Pupp in Czech Republic to eat at the restaurant of her favorite chef, Chef Didier (Gérard Depardieu).

Bob Belcher (H. Jon Benjamin) has an impassioned conversation with his turkey baster on Thanksgiving (it's not Christmas but it's legit one of my favorite monologues and lbr he'd have the same convo at Christmas)

George Bailey (James Stewart) stands up for the working class in his home town.
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) - The Grinch Confronts The Whos
The Grinch (Jim Carrey) calls out The Whos' extreme Christmas commercialism and hypocrisy.
A Christmas Story - Triple Dog Dare
Before class, Flick (Scott Schwartz) and Schwartz (R.D. Robb) argue over what would happen should someone stick their tongue to a frozen flag pole while Ralphie (Peter Billingsley) and the other kids watch.
