I've been seeing so many stories lately of doctors using their own sperm instead of sperm donors and impregnating unsuspected women so not shocking those in Hollywood would use it for a script.

There was an episode like that of Law & Order back in the 90s. Pretty gross how often this seems to happen.

Yea, Fox had that Almost Family drama last year and HBO just released the Baby God documentary. Not to mention the countless Lifetime films featuring this premise.
