I remember watching the E-true hollywood on Xtina, and iirc it was hella controversial and she was slut-shamed pretty bad for it so it didn't do that well.
They ended up rushing to release 'Beautiful' after it bc of the controversy.

SAME! I fucking LOVED this music video. I was all of 12 but I would try and watch it constantly even though my mom tried to ban MTV. I think I've always been a super sexual person (didn't lose my v card until I was in college), but I think that's why it resonated with me without me really knowing that haha
