Absolutely. You already see how people twist themselves into pretzels to say an interaction is socially distanced. If they had the funds, a lot of non-famous people would be doing the same . They'd excuse it by saying they rapid tested everyone when anyone who knows anything about COVID will tell you that a negative test is not a permission slip to party.

Tbh I don’t think if one person tested positive people would cancel their entire party even if they had been in contact with them but the test might not have been picking it up.
