I literally burned my copy of Cursed Child lol. It was so fucking bad. The HP books hold a special place in my heart but the movies were not that good tbh and I can’t get into Fantastic Beasts at all.

I have 2 of her cormorant books that I picked up for free and never read, and I'm honestly considering burning or otherwise trashing them bc I don't want to gift them to anyone else.

Aside from that, I'm just mad that they were supposed to make beasts movies and then pushed in ~dark and gritty magic content into it that I didn't ask for. Like, I enjoyed the first movie for the animal parts. It was touching and fun. I literally skipped the rest of the content.

Or possibly go ahead and put in the dark and sad parts of magical life, but have regular magical and muggle people instead of the major characters no one wants to see because to me, it was so unbalanced there.

I never watched the following movie because it gave me no promise of beasts, just Grindelwald.

same! i thought the concept was so great, but i literally walked out from the second movie so mad and disappointed.

i think they just really strayed and then also including dumbledore and all the og characters.. it’s not necessary. it’s lazy and completely ruined it for me.

i glad about mads, but i’ve checked out of this series.
