[SPOILERS!!!]- During the first half hour Dean died during a random hunt saving some kids that were kidnapped by Jenny (an old vamp from Season 1), they have a tearful goodbye and Dean dies.
- Dean goes to heaven, he meets with Bobby, Jack has 'fixed' heaven, Cas helped him, Mary and Sir are living together in heaven as well. He sees baby and drives him to 'Carry On My Wayward Son'
- Sam keeps living (with Dean's dog from the last episode), moves on and kinda gives up on hunting, he has a kid and names him Dean, we see him grow through the years until Sam grows old. Sam dies next to his son
- Sam and Dean meet in heaven, hug each other and stare at a river in heaven. THE END.
- An after credit scene shows Jensen, Jared and the crew saying thanks to the fans.
