Today in *pooh squints at paper* news, with a whopping 35m world wide total*, Vin Diesel's BLOODSHOT is...like officially getting a sequel?
*To be fair, it literally released a week before every theater shut down because of Coronavirus. "I think [Bloodshot] was very successful in that respect [???], a lot of people saw it and it did very well in the post-release rollout but you can't use the same evaluation process, pre-COVID, to this," said Dan Mintz, filmmaker.
Vin Diesel will return in the titular role as the 2 - No wait, I'm sorry, as Bloodshot aka Ray Garrison.
The studio quickly pivoted to VOD, where tens more people saw it from the comfort of their homes.
I saw it. TBF, I don't remember most of it. Directed by Dave Wilson with a script by Eric Heisserer and Jeff Wadlow, Bloodshot stars Vin Diesel, Guy Pearce and Toby Kebbell ([Spoiler (click to open)]who will probably not be in this movie so OP no longer cares.)
