she was killed offscreen this same episode. But literally everyone on the planet was killed too so I'm assuming that'll get fixed

In season 6 Dean was living with Lisa and her son Ben (you may remember her as the hot yoga instructor that Dean met again on a case in season 3, whose kid he thought might be his) for a full year after Sam went to Hell at the end of season 5.
And then in season 8 Sam has a long-ish term relationship with a veterinarian named Amelia while Dean and Cas are trapped in Purgatory.
