Imo the only thing that's noticeable is the lip filler, but I think she looks good. It's not over done.

definitely dental work, her nose and fillers

Her jawline looks different in pics other the years but that could just be from losing weight/angles

Echoing the above comments- she's had botox and messed with her lips
