Synchronic - Sci-fi film with Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan. It was simply just fine. Unfortunately really average and I think I was expecting something more interesting like The Endless.

Memories of Murder (2003ish?) - Bong Joon Ho crime thriller. Engrossing and captivating. Would recommend. He showed so much filmmaking talent early on!

The Undoing - Everyone is talking about it - I know. I found it enjoyable, but went in with very low expectations. It’s the east coast Big Little Lies.

I know the reviews for Proxima were ehhh, but I loved it, and hate that it's getting unceremoniously dumped to VOD in the US the week of the election, months after it was released in Europe. Oh well. Reminds me I need to check out more of Alice Winocour's work.

Two episodes into the last season of The Americans... I just want these crazy (spy) kids to be happy!!

I want better careers for Eva Green and Rosamund Pike. I mean, perhaps they're where they want to be, but they're both so charismatic to me that I want them to have the clout of bland men.
