The final debate is this Thursday @ 9PM eastern. The PDC (Presidential Debate Committee) ruled yesterday that during each candidate’s initial 2 min response, the other candidate’s mic will be automatically muted. T45 agreed, but is already bashing the moderator Kristen Welker to set the stage for him failing miserably. If Pouty McFussypants behaves on Thursday like he did just tonight in PA when his mic went out for a wee bit by accident (see tweet in comments), whew boy. Anyway.

Journalist Jeffery Toobin has been suspended by the New Yorker because he was caught mastering his own domain on a Zoom conference call yesterday (and it was an election night simulation loool). Speculation by others on his call was that Toobin thought he was on a different sidebar private call (?? mmkay), and then went back to his Zoom work call not realizing that he had been seen by his colleagues. eg by all accounts an embarrassing accident, not on purpose to horrify his coworkers. Oof. This must be a guy thing, Idk. Sara gets the giggles and can't keep a straight face the whole segment.
