Who ever shipped Lenny and Leonard??? He was always kinda desperate and she barely liked him.

Luke and Lorelai were the worst communicators. She should have married Max Madina.

rewatching i always want her to end up with jason but i think a lot of that is because i LOVE that he has a second bedroom set up and can't share a bed while sleeping. what a damn dream. they also only ended because of the situation with richard, nothing between them.

I liked Jason too, but not on original watching. Teenaged me thought she should have ended up with Chris because ~Star-crossed luvers~. Teenaged me had terrible opinions.

Watching as an adult, some 15 years later, I think Jason would have been a good choice. He had quirks but he wasn’t aimless or shitty or unable to communicate.

Pretty sure I hated Jason on my original watch, but now I see him as being more on her wavelength than any of the others, and it's a more equal relationship overall.

i probably did too because i was young and just LORELEI NEEDS TO BE WITH LUKE but in the end, without the family drama, they worked pretty well together. both of her quicker relationship (him and alex) were better than chris and luke.

I loved Jason and maintain he was the best match for Lorelai. I liked that they were both fucking weird. I wish we’d had more time to explore what his dynamic with rory would have been if him and Lorelai had stuck together, just BC she’s only really been personally involved with her dad, max, and Luke, and they all had relationships with her separate of being “my moms BF”.

hard agree! the episode where jason's parents were coming and the fundraiser where jason and lorelei had to "pretend" to be dates both show such great potential for his and rory's dynamic. he was one of lorelei's boyfriends that could actually keep up with her and rory's quips well!

I used to watch big bang theory in the background in the beginning and when it was clear Penny was gonna start dating Leonard I stoped watching

Nah he was. He was attractive. A good communicator. Decent. Kind. And loyal. And intelligent. The only thing against him was that he wasn't Luke. Aka didn't have some perceived history she thought she shared with Luke which makes them some kinda soul mates or w/e
