Variety reports that the cop drama starring Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba has been canceled by Spectrum Originals after two seasons.

News of the cancellation comes after Fox announced back in May that it had acquired the rights to air the show. Fox is without a number of shows from its fall lineup due to the production shutdown caused by COVID-19.

The show started off in 2018 at NBC but was passed over. Spectrum then picked up L.A.'s Finest as its first original series, and it premiered in 2019. Despite bad reviews from critics, the show had strong ratings and was renewed for a second season.
