Former Chateau Marmont Employees Claim That It Has a "Toxic Culture"

Former employees at the Chateau Marmont are opening up about the hotel's behind-the-scenes atmosphere... and it is apparently really juicy. The Chateau Marmont has been a notorious hangout for celebrities since 1929.

Former workers allege that it had a toxic culture of drug use, groping, secrecy, and coverups:

• A waitress claims that male guests were aggressive about groping her
  
• Customers would allegedly openly use drugs
  
• The staff had to deal with clients openly on drugs who were belligerent, aggressive, and scary
  
• Employees of color were allegedly passed over for promotions
  
• Public urination was apparently common

The hotel's owner, André Balazs, is trying to convert it to a private club for celebs.
