What confuses me is why is this being done in public?? Like you can easily cheat and have it be a secret. Plus, I highly doubt some pap was just strolling around and happened to see them, so someone tipped them off.

I think sometimes celebs think they won't get photographed out and about in other countries, because people aren't necessarily looking about for them like they might in a LA/NY. (Especially Europe, where I guess you can 'blend in' a bit more) They don't seem to realise that even if you're not a pap - literally anyone can snap photos on their phone or camera and sell them now.
