Save Yourselves! looks fun! Good cast, and I like the concept.
Dick Johnson is Dead looks really good, too, but also really fucking sad, and I don't think I can handle that rn. Maybe one day.
I wish Scare Me looked better because I fucking love Becky Drysdale, but she didn't show up in the trailer so I'm guessing that she doesn't have a big part anyway. If anyone watches it, lmk how it is!
We started watching The Movies last night on HBO Max. It's a series that originally aired on CNN last year, and explores eras in cinema in chunks - the golden age (1930s-1960s), then the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000s. We've only watched the first one, but I really enjoyed it - quick summary of films that were released during that time and the context surrounding them. I was a film major, so I learned a lot of this stuff already, but have a lot more interest in the history angle now than I did at 18. I know HBO Max has been flopping with getting new subscribers, but I really like all the weird stuff on there like this.
