Yeah they know they’re fake but since people know they have money they won’t think they’re fakes. They buy real bags too but mix the fake ones in too

I feel like a lot of them aren’t as rich as they want us to believe and get fakes because they can’t afford them real thing. It’s like all those influencers that got caught using a plane set to fake like they’re in a private jet

Wouldn’t be surprised. Some of them may come from well-off backgrounds but not RIIIICCCHH backgrounds. Also the keeping with joneses attitude must be strong.

My hairdresser was into all these high-end knock-offs. They still cost a couple of hundred but not thousands. To me they looked 100% authentic

I got a knockoff LV wallet and it was like $90 and HOLY SHIT it is seriously legit looking, it came with everything a real LV would. Heavy duty, quality zipper, nothing screams fake about it.

Oh yeah! My friend told me about that because luxury brands have absolutely zero way of dealing with high quality knock offs. The bad ones they have some sort of leverage, but the really good ones are almost imperceptible from the real thing, sometimes to the point where there own salaried employees can't spot differences.

Plus it's amazing what thing aren't and are easy to fake. Some of my research is in illegal wildlife trafficking and there really isn't any way to fake wild flora and fauna usually, but they still do! They'll fake seeds, woods, pelts...Not to mention high quality watch fakes, wine and whiskey, car mods, really anything!

I wouldn't be surprised and frankly I don't blame them for not being able to spot the fakes. My friend/my own research it's not like good fakes just have Hermès spelled correctly, they can have everything look exactly the same, but instead of the leather coming from Italy it will come from India, and it will be put together in China and stitched by a machine instead of in Italy by hand. Or like they will use lower quality dyes that fade faster, but how would you be able to pick up any of that even with the closest observation??
