Nomadland seems like the stonger movie to me

the directors branch is such a bro club, they could also easily snub them both

normally i would agree but Regina already has an oscar so she's in the ~system and there's less of barrier to entry for her while Chloe has been getting a lot of buzz for Nomadland which essentially won the BP equivalent at TIFF so they both have an above decent chance right now
