i just looked it up and no. it was produced by Tim Bevan, Lisa Bruce, Eric Fellner, Anthony McCarten (who also wrote it), Douglas Urbanski. surely it would make more sense to sue them/the production company?

Ordinary people would not care if random producers whose names they did not know got sued for some Oscar bait 500 people saw 3 years ago. I see why this man shot for the actor.

yeah thats true. it sounds like he thinks gary essentially gave them information about his own script/the scenes in it for it to be replicated, so i can see why he'd go after him now.
