I still dont understand why HBO Max shoved Stargirl to TheCW instead of picking it up. Its a perfect family show. Was it to girly for them?

First thing they decided to do when Supergirl moved to the CW was break her and her Black boyfriend up.

HBO Max just gave TheCW the show all together. TheCW picked up S2 and will be footing the bill.
