The 34-year-old "Game of Thrones" actor and the 22-year-old "Teen Wolf" actor have been spending a lot of time together this year amid COVID-19. After quarantining together in Emilia Clark's home in Venice bitch in February, Richard returned to his native country Scotland in August and it looks like his friend Froy joined him.
The two were also spotted at a Black Lives Matter protest in May in LA.
The two best friends were recently spotted in London.
