10,000 restaurants are currently participating in New York’s expanded outdoor dining. Some restaurants are combating outdoor dining and is not the solution to combating the economic downturn NY restaurants have face. 456 NYC Restaurants that have joined a $2 billion class-action lawsuit to bring indoor dining back to New York City and Lady Gaga's dad is one of them.

Although NY health dept. say 'Joanne Trattoria Resturant,' owned by the singer’s father, Joe Germanotta, has had bad reviews and poor health inspections grades since it's 2012 opening but the conditions have gone from bad to worse since then.

New York City Department of Health’s inspectors discovered ''evidence of rats, which are symbolic of lady gaga's facial features, present in facility’s food and/or non-food areas. Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to attracting vermin to the premises and/or allowing vermin to exist.'

Maybe if Joe spent more time cleaning up his act and restaurant instead of being a jackass cuz he flexed and said he has financial backing, most likely from gags, but is still going to participate in this lawsuit.
