she has SO many songs about her being ~authentic~ (Jenny From The Block, I'm Real are 2 that immediately come to mind, but I think she has another song or two that also talks about being ~real~). like... you don't have to keep telling us sis

First woman to buy it with her own* money, since the Mets' first majority owner was a woman. And then there's Marge Schott. "First woman to buy her father's favorite team with her own hard-earned money" is a beautiful baseballesque stat, though!

*and by own, I mean hers, her fiancé's, and a ton of financers since she and ARod were only putting up $300 million and it's basically impossible to buy a majority stake on your own unless you're committing financial crimes
