But if you can survive and then also make enough so you don't have to be working a traditional job all the time, it can be something freeing for people. People talking about $100 tips or $300 for a custom video or even the scam Bella is accused of $200 for a pic. I'm not working now because pandemic, but at my most recent (low paid) job, a whole day's work got me about $120. Imagine getting that for a photo. And one you can send to multiple people.
Capitalism, exploitation, low pay in many jobs, all symptoms and things we need to fix.
Sex work is work and takes preparation and some SW enjoy it and the opportunities and that's all valid. And I'm not trying to claim it's easy because I have seen some people's behind the scenes previews talking about the props and styling and photo fees and equipment they bought for this purpose. That's all going to cost and take time and creativity and marketing yourself, etc.
