She should talk with Hayden Christensen about it.

I'm just happy John Boyega and Kellie Marie Tran are getting work. To me they were the best part of the films along with the fictional characters.

I don't have anything against Daisy but i just could not feel her, it's funny cuz when i thought she was going to end up with Boyega i was more interested in her character (i mean in the first film) but the moment i realized they were going to pair her with tortured soul, i just couldn't get into her character except for her scenes with Luke Skywalker.

I think Natalie Portman would be the better person to talk to - for largely the same reason

She didn't get new movie offers after Star Wars? I thought she did since she had a bit of a career before taking the role

I dont think she's a fair example? Natalie was smart and starred in small budget but well known films like Garden State, Where the Heart Is, Closer, etc between filming the trilogy. V For Vendetta was released a year after RotS, 4 years later she won best actresses for Black Swan and got involved with Thor.

She still should have played Nancy (in a bigger role) in I, Tonya.

Probably cuz a lot of these big movies don’t require acting skills but for the actor to look the part. Plus, there’s typecasting.

i think a lot of the bigger movies dont really require talent, its just whoever fits the look the rest can be covered by cgi/etc. Look at the Marvel Movies, besides being a thrist trap what talent does Chris Hemsworth have? all of his other movies dont really bring in the numbers

Hemsworth should definitely be doing more comedies, that's where he shines.

You've got Felicity Jones firmly in your category, and even when it comes to bland brunettes, men get more support than women.

There is definitely no shortage of skinny, posh, English brunettes.

And maybe Ridley still has to come into her own, but I don't find her particularly oozing of charm.

True. She’s not terrible, she’s just eh. I could see her doing a younger sister in a Downton Abbey, or a rookie police detective in a gritty British procedural or something. She’s punching above her weight in the movie world.

she looks like at least 3 other British actresses.

She doesn't stand out in a crowd.
