Her first audition was for a commercial when she was seven which she messed up.

The Big Bang Theory: Was told that she was too young for the role (she's 4 years younger than Kaley Cuoco who was 22 when she got the role.
Terminator Genisys: Didn't get it because the casting director said they didn't

I joked but I can see why celebs would do it. You're able to reach your base, control the narrative, and make yourself appear personable. People are more likely to see you and go, "That's my favorite actor and she's in this new movie."

The problem becomes then that the fans will then think they are her friend and won't know boundaries. Sarah Z mentioned it as well as other YouTubers when it comes to parasocial things.

Maybe to humanize her more to people since she unfairly gets bullied by insecure nerds for being an ~uppity Hollywood actress
