· In an interview with a New York radio station, Aimee Osbourne, the 36 year old daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, said she didn't appear in her family's MTV reality show bc she values her privacy and wanted to give herself a chance to grow up outside the spotlight
· Aimee, who is a musician, also worried that the publicity from the show would've hurt her musical career. Earlier this year, she released new music under her stage name, ARO
· The Osbournes premiered on MTV in 2002 and ended in 2005. Its first season was the most watched series in MTV history and helped pioneer celebrity reality shows. Aimee's face was blurred during her rare appearances on the show
· Aimee is the eldest of Sharon & Ozzy's 3 children; Ozzy also has 3 older children from a previous marriage
