Yeah exactly. Brown to light eyes always look disturbing because you still see the hint of the dark colour behind it. Makes me wonder how the pure white lenses are able to cover the entire colour but not those.
A girl I used to work with wanted to wear colored contacts to her wedding. Another coworker and I had to convince her not to and thank fuck she listened.
oh sweet jesus, nobody should ever do that. the only instance I can think of where this works is the girl I went to school with who wore green lenses over her blue eyes everyday. we literally never realized she wore colored contacts.
god I remember them really being a thing at our school 10yrs ago.. girls were trying to get the most "natural" looking ones but cmon they all looked so fucking obvious from a normal talking distance. Also, unless ur using contacts for eyesight then I really don't think the hassle of keeping them clean/taking them out every night is worth it whatsoever
someone i know used to wear grey ones, and sometimes he showed up with only one and i'd ask, what happened with your other contact? and he'd say oh it's around there, sometimes they move because i sleep with them, it'll move later.
