I feel bad but I'm not sure I'm really feeling this villain plotline :/ I think it was a misstep to get rid of the Chronicoms besides Sibyl to usher in this story with Nathaniel/Inhumans.

You're not alone, I think it would've been more interesting if they had made it harder with the Chronocoms by having them evolve somehow (like becoming less emotionless and passing better as humans or something). Or have them be stuck in time too.
Though I can't lie seeing familiar faces has been fun.

I don't mind the familiar faces either, I actually liked that they revisited Jiayang but I think they just went a little too chaotic with introducing this Nathaniel plotline.

For sure, also Nathaniel is not a Malick we have met in the future right? It just felt very meh to me to just say "Look another wild Malick appears". Would've been more interesting maybe if the Chronocoms had this plan as backup all along to go through the Malicks and use Whitehalls fucked up power stealing to take Shield down by taking out the Inhumans that join it in the future.

lol he's not, I don't even think we knew he existed before this season because he was supposed to have died in the 70s.

Yeah, that would have been better, I think.
