like, I know yarn is expensive (my mom picked up knitting recently) and I actually considered making a point that ofc it is different is someone is selling a hand knitted product made with acrylic yarn but I get annoyed when rich people/brands sell overpriced knitted stuff made of pure acrylic (and the main reason is because I myself can not wear anything acrylic, my skin breaks into a rash even if it is 95% wool and 5% acrylic blend and every time I see an expensive cardigan my first thought it "oh, that cardigan can not be pure acrylic at that price" but surprise, it can-.-)
