I went vegetarian in August of last year and I want to slide into a vegan diet but what’s holding me back is convenient food options. It’s nice to be able to snag fast food while I’m working or running errands.
as of lately my breakfast tends to be vegan but rest of what i eat isn't. I've thought about going vegan but figuring everything out right now hasn't been in my metal load and I fucking love cheese.
I do a spiced dry rub (chili powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper) with a little bit of EVOO and fry until done, and toss in sauce immediately after. I wouldn't recommend airfrying in the sauce at all.
I'm a 'part-time' vegetarian. I try to keep 2 meals veg and then 1 serving of meat a day. 1 lb of meat tends to ladt me a whole week. I try to keep red meat to once a month.

It can be vegan or vegetarian. Mine is always a soggy mess.
