I went vegetarian in August of last year and I want to slide into a vegan diet but what’s holding me back is convenient food options. It’s nice to be able to snag fast food while I’m working or running errands.

Taco Bell is luckily very good to veg diets. It's easy to ask them to replace meat with beans or potatoes.

as of lately my breakfast tends to be vegan but rest of what i eat isn't.

Get an airfryer. 10-15 min at 390. Comes out perfect every time!

I do a spiced dry rub (chili powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper) with a little bit of EVOO and fry until done, and toss in sauce immediately after. I wouldn't recommend airfrying in the sauce at all.

I'm a 'part-time' vegetarian. I try to keep 2 meals veg and then 1 serving of meat a day. 1 lb of meat tends to ladt me a whole week. I try to keep red meat to once a month.

I fucking love eggs, so I will never go vegan.
