That death DID ruin the show. I stopped watching as it happened. Didn’t watch the next season.

Also, not here for them killing off two of Elliott’s love interests in what? Four seasons?

right? first it was Mike and it was done purely so Eliot would be emotionally unstable for most of season 2, and when he finally recovered from that and fell in love with Quentin, Quentin gets killed so he would suffer more in s5???? it's so intentionally cruel and homophobic af imo
