The abuse specifically, based off of things fans of Arryn noticed, iirc. As for the cheating, when Bob and Eliza got married so soon after Bob and Arryn broke up, everyone assumed they'd been cheating for a while.

damn, maybe if I hadn’t been such an in-passing viewer of the show, I would’ve picked up on it. All I knew from years is that their fans were batshit entertaining and treated them like deities, and it’s so....satisfying that they’ve turned out to be the complete opposite

As a former Beliza fan, who did a deep dive around when they got married (never wrote anything about her though, not one of those people!), I never heard any rumors about him being abusive, not like this. It's very disappointing and disgusting and I'm so sorry for her. It seems a lot of people, even Bob's coworkers are rallying and supporting her in some way though.
