There is an argument that can be made regarding false accusations from White women regarding Black men but your shitty husband ain't one of them, Camille. And comparing your husband to Emmett Till? No. Just no.

It's delicate bc I can see men running with it to cape for public figures and I think the conversation should be prefaced to men that it's much much much more likely that the woman is telling the truth.

I agree. I think there needs to be a more nuanced understanding of power dynamics in these conversations.

That said, Bill Cosby is a serial rapist full stop, and on some level Camille knows this and doesn't give a fuck.

Exactly. There is a very valid point to the argument of white women using their privilege against black men, but it doesn't apply to the case against Bill Cosby who was a serial abuser and victimized both black and white women.

I can't believe people are still really trying to defend him.

Yeah I mean we just saw it in 2020 with that woman in central park threatening a black man by literally saying "I'm going to call the police and tell them that a black man is threatening me." Fucking disgusting.
