* them a chance and they were actually really good!
Seinfeld (1989-1998)
So Seinfeld wasn't necessary one of these show I thought look bad or boring but to me the show was kinda lika Friends, you love if you grow up watching it but kinda dislike if you didn't. Not to mention I don't like Jerry Seinfeld and Kramer looked like an (really) annoying character but hey I gave the show a chance and it was really good! George and Elaine are character that I really liked and even Jerry and Kramer wasn't that bad + the show is really funny many LOL moments.
About: Jerry Seinfeld stars in this television comedy series as himself, a comedian. The premise of this sitcom is Jerry and his friends going through everyday life, discussing various quirky situations, to which we can all relate (especially if we live in New York City). The eccentric personalities of the offbeat characters who make up Jerry's social circle contribute to the fun.
Mad Men (2007-2015)
Okay not to sound dumb but I honestly though this show was about men drinking whiskey and beating women like I didn't understand how anyone (esp women) would want to see it but it but ofc thats not (all) they show was about, it had interesting character and storylines, can recommend esp if you like shows that takes place in the 60s/70s.
About: The professional and personal lives of those who work in advertising on Madison Avenue - self-coined "mad men" - in the 1960s are presented. The stories focus on those at one of the avenue's smaller firms, Sterling Cooper, and its various incarnations over the decade. At the heart of these stories is Donald Draper, the creative genius of the company. That professional creative brilliance belies the fact of a troubled childhood, one that he would rather forget and not let anyone know about except for a select few, but one that shaped who he is as an adult and as an ad man in the need not only to sell products but sell himself to the outside world. His outward confidence also masks many insecurities as evidenced through his many vices, such as excessive smoking, drinking and womanizing - the latter despite being a family man - and how he deals with the aftermath of some of the negative aspects of his life.
True Detective (2014- )
I don't know exactly why I didn't have any interest in this show, I think I just didn't pay any attention to it and the gifs I saw on tumblr made the show look pretentious (is this the word i'm looking for..idk??) + the second season got alot of hate so that made the show even more off putting, but I gave the first season a try and enjoyed it and then I watched the third season and really enjoyed that too (never saw the second season because everyone seems to hate it)
About: Season1: In 2012, Louisiana State Police Detectives Rust Cohle and Martin Hart are brought in to revisit a homicide case they worked in 1995. As the inquiry unfolds in present day through separate interrogations, the two former detectives narrate the story of their investigation, reopening unhealed wounds, and drawing into question their supposed solving of a bizarre ritualistic murder in 1995. The timelines braid and converge in 2012 as each man is pulled back into a world they believed they'd left behind. In learning about each other and their killer, it becomes clear that darkness lives on both sides of the law.
Season3: 1980: Will and Julie Purcell, the children of feuding parents Tom and Lucy Purcell, go missing a week after Halloween in West Finger, Ark. 2015: Retired detective Wayne Hays (Mahershala Ali), who originally investigated the crime, is asked to look back on the twists of the unsolved case with a true-crime documentary producer.
Dexter (2006-2013)
Once again I don't know why I never wanted to watch this show it just look bad to me + the show having a shit ending didn't exactly make me more interested in watching the show, I also remember my sister and my dad watching this and overtime I went into the living room and caught a glimpse of the show it look boring. But I gave it a chance and the first couple of seasons were great, the last couple of seasons..well not so great, the ending? awful.
About: Dexter Morgan, Miami Metro Police Department blood spatter analyst, has a double life. When he's not helping the Homicide division solving murders, he spends his time hunting and killing bad guys that slip through the justice system. He spends his sun-drenched days solving crimes - and moonlit nights committing them. But not to worry, our cool-blooded Dexter doesn't kill just anyone. He reserves his homicidal hobbies to taking only the lives of other killers.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003)
I know that this show is iconic and everyone loves it but to me it was kinda like Seinfeld and Friends you love it if you grow up with it but not if you watch it for the first time now, also Joss is a asshole so yeah..but fuck it I gave the show a chance and OMG I'M SO GLAD IDID IT BECAUSE I LOVED IT, WATCH IT IF YOU HAVEN'T, bye + i really liked some off the outfit they wore in the show :P
About: "In every generation there is a chosen one... she alone will stand against the vampires, the demons and the forces of darkness. She is the slayer." Buffy Summers knows this tale by heart, and no matter how hard she tries to be just a "normal girl", she can not escape from her destiny... Thankfully, she is not alone in her quest to save the world, as she has the help of her friends, the hilarious (and surprisingly quite effective) evil-fighting team called "The Scooby Gang". Together, Buffy & co. will slay their demons, survive one apocalypse after another, attend high school and college... and above all, understand that growing up can truly be Hell sometimes... literally.
