They really shot themselves in the foot with the S2 finale imo. They had something fun and exciting going on and they basically killed it.

Oh well, I hope they fix the boring mess that was S3 at least 🙏

unpopular opinion [Spoiler (click to open)] but i think rio should have died.

I finished s2 a few weeks ago and it's mind boggling they didn't do that. It was the perfect ending for his character.

I don't think he should have, but if they don't want to go down the Brio route they should fucking commit and kill him off. I think the first two seasons should have been about Rio being at odds with the women and then this season should have been about them working together against someone else.

Idk, I don't think there's been a showrunner change, but the current show is not what I signed up for in s1. Fucking Dean still being around and them trying to make me think he's changed and is a great husband now is proof of that. Fuck that.

I love the actor who plays him, but they could've done better storytelling had they went that route.

I wouldn't have minded that except that it came out of nowhere imo. I felt they had a nice dynamic going on and then they pulled a shocking twist at the end for the sake of it and for what? They couldn't commit and have no idea what to do with Rio and Beth now.

It made for a boring season that dragged a lot.

I agree that it should happen but it should've had more build-up to that. It felt rushed. I think s2 was too early, it would've made sense to end s3 like that.
