Earlier today it was reported that Scott Disick checked himself into rehab facility in Colorado for his substance abuse issues.
E! News is reporting that Scott has checked himself out of the facility and is headed back to LA after an alleged photo of him was leaked to the media.
Scott’s lawyer, Marty Singer, tells E! News that Scott sought treatment to help deal with the grief of losing his parents and not for a substance abuse disorder.
The alleged photo was of Scott that was taken during a group Zoom session.
Singer says that they are planning to seek legal action for the leaked photo, as it is a violation of Scott’s privacy and an HIPAA violation.
Earlier, a source reported to E! News that Kourtney had urged Scott to get professional help.
Per the source: “Things have been bad the last couple of weeks and Kourtney won't allow him around the kids unless he gets treatment."
