- Stephenie Meyer guested on Good Morning America to announce her new novel “Midnight Sun.”
- First posted on her website 12 years ago (and partially leaked in 2012), Midnight Sun is a novel about the events of the first Twilight novel as seen through Edward Cullen's perspective.
- The novel also draws inspiration from the classic myth of Hades and Persephone.
- The 672-page novel retails for $27.99/34.99 (CAD) and will be released on August 4, 2020.
