Since more evidence has come to light, major media organizations and top politicians are being forced to address Tara Reade's allegations that Joe Biden sexually assaulted her in 1993. Biden went on Morning Joe this morning and denied the allegations. The hashtag #IBelieveBiden started trending on Twitter.

The hypocrisy is really telling beyond just celebrities.

I wrote last night about how my friend thinks Reade is lying and opportunistic based one person's opinion piece. It's too much for me to deal with, like people can't hold it in their heads that you can like a person and they can do terrible shit.

What got me was that many of the things that were as written to poke holes in Reade's story are things I could see people saying about me if I were ever to come forward or things people have said. I don't know if it got through to my friends, though :/

Not to mention I don't think most of these people have done any substantial reading on what victims go through with rape/assault.
