ONTD Reading Challenge: Real Housewives Yelling at Cat

Hello everyone, it’s gonna be May and the reading challenge keeps on. We (hjalmartazar milfordacademy) hope you guys are safe and well. Let us be distracted from our horrible dystopian present with this month’s delightful challenge task, which is to read a book about a cat or where a cat is an important or memorable character. As we all know, cats are perfect and a wonderful gift, so it’s no wonder there are so many books written about them or featuring memorable cats because honestly, what cat isn’t memorable.

THE MASTER AND MARGARITAby Mikhail Bulgakov

One hot spring, the devil arrives in Moscow, accompanied by a retinue that includes a beautiful naked witch and an immense talking black cat with a fondness for chess and vodka. The visitors quickly wreak havoc in a city that refuses to believe in either God or Satan. But they also bring peace to two unhappy Muscovites: one is the Master, a writer pilloried for daring to write a novel about Christ and Pontius Pilate; the other is Margarita, who loves the Master so deeply that she is willing literally to go to hell for him. What ensues is a novel of inexhaustible energy, humor, and philosophical depth.

THE TRAVELLING CAT CHRONICLES

But what is the purpose of this road trip? And why is everyone so interested in Nana? Nana does not know and Satoru won't say. But when Nana finally works it out, his small heart will break...
