In a YouTube video posted to her channel today, Courtney Stodden spoke out about women supporting women and in particular adult women bullying and slut-shaming teenagers, which she claims Chrissy Teigen did to her whilst she was a minor.

Nah, not when she co-signed when The Onion referred to a young black child as a gendered slur. And referring to a young black girl as "cocky" straight up plays into the reprehensible angry black woman trope especially when this young black girl asserted that her name be said correctly by white people who couldn't be bothered to pronounce it after she made Academy Award history.

because she was making fun of a little girl who was nothing but sweet all award season long. plus it came in the wake of ppl criticizing Gabby Douglas’s appearance at the Olympics. it was terrible to be reminded that young black girls are forced to face these types of critiques at such a young age and that there are racist fucks who have no shame in diminishing their amazing accomplishments

I understood the joke but I totally fail to find it funny. I personally think the c word is totally vulgar and beyond the pale, but even if you think it's fine to use there's a difference between reclaiming it for jokes between friends and using it in a public joke. Also general "I hate kids" humour is totally different from making a joke using one particular kid who was 8 years old at the time.

And there is no way that at the very least her parents and family didn't see that. I sincerely hope they were able to shield her from it.
