It's called A Guide to Pink Elephants. Some of the cocktails are weird, like whole egg yolks weird, but there's some real gems!

I've been experimenting at home (I'm calling it work so I don't feel like such a lush - it's to expand our catering business cocktails, really)

whiskey (bold rye), muddled strawberry and basil, ground peppercorn, lemon juice, Tuaca (or Licor 43). Yummy summer drink.

Irish whiskey, Hard apple cider, Domaine Canton ginger liquor, lemon juice, cinnamon, (add sugar if you need it sweeter, some ciders are already sweet).

Gin (Hendricks or Botanist), Muddled cucumber/basil, St Germain, Lime juice, splash soda.

I love old prohibition era drinks.

Floral gin, Luxardo maraschino liquor, lime juice, green chartreuse, single amarena cherry. Shit, it's like a liquid pixie stick.

la neta. my favorite drink with mezcal is to mix it with hibiscus syrup and orange juice, is such an easy and flavorful cocktail.

I haven't been drinking anything to excess, but I do enjoy a good cocktail.My husband made margaritas this weekend, and they were amazing.

My usual drink of choice is a Moscow Mule, though I am also down for anything that includes rum. I haven't ever had anything with gin that I've loved, but I am open to suggestions!

This is probably the most unpopular opinion of all time but I don’t like the taste of alcohol and don’t feel better when I drink it or ever need to drink alcohol? Like I will drink for social occasions and yeah when you’re drunk with friends it’s fun but I’ve never sat down alone after a long day and decided I need a drink.

I'm the same way, I only drink to get drunk (which isn't great, but hey). I love being tipsy and I love the sensation alcohol gives me, but I genuinely dislike the taste. Even in food, I hate when people add alcohol to cakes, it's too overwhelming. I drink a lot socially, so people get surprised when I tell them I haven't had alcohol since lockdown.

What difference does it make to the drink? I eat pasta out of a noodle bowl, tastes better.
