Yes. It’s been a while since I was a lurker in the fandom, and there were other ships, but that was the biggest at the time. That might’ve changed.

Yeah, Wincest (Sam/Dean) was the biggest (and, really, only) ship until Castiel entered the picture. Destiel (Cas/Dean) is the biggest one by far.
