Cinthya Bailey’s ex husband, papa smurf, took to Instagram to share that his Miami location will remain open.

Despite most other restaurants closing, like Lisa Vanderpump’s sur, across the globe, Peter Thomas will stay open in Miami Beach, serving conch fritters, truffle fries and his signature Peter’s rum cake.
