Ben Affleck was placed on a "red flag list" by Harvey Weinstein per recently unsealed court documents.

Per Variety, Weinstein kept a list of names of people he was concerned could be talking to journalists

He was sued & accussed of sexual harassment by 2 women he worked with. He settled out of court. I'm not saying hes innocent, I'm saying he didnt rape anybody. You can look up the case

No, he wasn't accused of rape or even sexual assault (which would involve things like touching someone sexually without their consent). He had consensual sex, in a bed that wasn't his or his partner's. That's sexual harassment, what he was accused of.
