-A scrap broke out between Barnaby, his girlfriend, and other patrons at the Nashville Crossroads bar
-He had "a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage," watery eyes, and slurred speech
-The bouncer wanted to press charges, so he had the cops arrest him
-He was charged with assault and public intoxication and has a court date coming up
-The famous NHL fighter was also arrested for a DUI in 2011 and this OP recalls a domestic disturbance complaint at some point, too
Matthew Barnaby seems to think he'll be off the hook soon enough.
