Ronan Farrow's boyfriend Jon Lovett says more dirt is coming out on Woody Allen

Obviously Hachette’s behavior is unethical. That’s why it was hidden like the shameful little deal it was. But it’s also very stupid! One reason: there is more reporting (not from Ronan) coming on Woody Allen. Hachette is aware of this. https://t.co/7Vy238BtNF

I'm kind of surprised they'd risk Ronan for Woody. I know he's young and obviously doesn't have a decades long career behind him but he's very relevant in the MeToo movement and he's on tv all the time. They must be expecting Woody's book to be a hit because they almost had to have realized that Farrow would have cut them off as soon as he found out about it.

MTE catch and kill is a huge hit and his future books would most likely do well. It makes no sense

You'd think Ronan's youth would make this an easier choice. He's young, so he has decades to write books. He's not like some fluke author- in the long-run, he has to be the more profitable option.

Especially considering the "bonus chapter" for the paperback that would have made perfect sense post-Weinstein sentencing... Ronan probably won't write shit now!

I wonder if has anything to do with the fact Woody will probably die soon and they see it as more of a valuable investment to have that book in the long run
