last night Hilary Duff posted an instagram story about the Love, Victor mess with a "sounds familiar" note x
so what is going on with the Lizzie McGuire reboot?
Duff and showrunner Terri Minsky pitched the series to Disney, and two episodes into filming Disney realized that the show does not fit their definition of "family friendly" and fired Minsky and stopped the production
Hilary and the crew only found out about it when Variety reported it
allegedly Disney is still looking for a new showrunner but sources think the show is dead
