Rebecca Breeds will be playing Clarice Starling in the new series. The series is a sequel to 'Silence of the Lambs' and follows Clarice as she "pursues serial murderers and sexual predators while navigating the high stakes political world of Washington, D.C." Hannibal Lecter is not in the show.
