I remember in grade 10 science, some girl was going on and on about the tattoos she wanted to get when she turned 18. And our teacher was like, trust me, you honestly don’t want them! Idk if she ever got them

My 10th grade English/11th grade creative writing teacher spent an entire creative writing period talking to us about tattoos. It was great. I mean, I have a near pathological fear of needles so it wasn't something I'd ever need, but she was like "Think about if you are going to want it on your body forever. Remember things sag eventually. Don't just run out and get the first thing you want at 18- if I'd done that I'd have that Aerosmith album cover with the trucks humping on my chest."
